The legend of the 13 books
These stories are based on a RPG campaign that consisted of 410 sessions in about 9 years with more than 2000 hours of gaming.
The system used is GURPS, but about half the actual adventure material comes from adapted Paizo Pathfinder adventure paths so someone who has participated in such might recognize some events and places.
