Medals earned the hard way gave me a chance to be in special operations. The war had been going on to long and we found out one thing, I was good at killing the enemy. When the enemy surrendered I had made more than a name, I had a bounty on my head. Only now the military was being torn apart by those that had no idea what our cost had been. What made it worse was the emperor knew and could do nothing while we were hunted.

Raised in a private clinic as a test subject I learned all about my ability. When they wanted to remove part of my brain I decided it was time to leave. I wanted to follow my dream and become a fireman and that brought a woman and her daughter into my life.

A story in the Kaire Universe
The Deviant war continued as the Kaire slowly begin to react. This time it was the system of Glint. A new warrior is sent to one of the distant plains cities to fight. His idea to strike from building to building works extremely well. Before long they are sending captives to safety and killing the last of the Deviants.

My parents had been royal guards and died protecting the empress. She sent me to a place my parents had made plans for. It was isolated and the teachers were all former soldiers. When the men came seeking the empress's son they found me. Their mistake cost them but it gave me a place to start looking for my parents killers.

After serving my time in the nightmare combat zone that was hell I just wanted to settle down. I had a plan created from watching a plant in hell. If it worked I was sure I could succeed at farming even if it was not normal plants. Of course the farm was in the steep mountains and still close enough for creatures from hell to show up.

A man dedicated to mediation between people or governments is asked to be the neutral party between two governments. Of course he dislikes working with humans who tend to try to kill him. This times is no exceptions as both sides negotiate by day and send soldiers for him at night.

A story in the Kaire Universe
When a Kaire looking for their past sets out, he has no idea what he will find. First from space and then he must face the Kaire council and challenge for the right. The find is more than contradicting. Besides the first find there is a second and it holds more than the race of Kaire expect. Not just who they are and where they came from but the how.

A select group of the Watch hunts the night to enforce the king's law. My squad were misfits but very good at what we do. I had two halfbreed mages, two dwarves and two men taken from the normal Watch. We raid everything from drug houses to gambling dens.
