Mr. Marcus, fresh from his portrayal of Dr. Fleischmann in Dr. Crumholtz's office, recalls the first time he got to "play doctor." I hope that the mental review doesn't distract him while he's driving home. He might rear-end somebody. The episode in question harkens back to daughter Annie's high school senior year, at the fateful volleyball game when Mr. Marcus gave Lore a big hug (that eventually led to "One For Good Luck"). Whose ball is it, anyway?
Fifteen years too late, Mr. Marcus gets tickets to a children's TV show. Annie is off at college and Harriett has a business trip conflict, so Mr. Marcus goes alone. But he doesn't cum alone.
Maybe the Captain does have some trouble with his eyes - still, by now he ought to know *she* wasn't a cabin *boy.* Catherine pretends to be a boy when she's rescued from the sea by a shipload of randy sailors. But its not easy when she has two really big... er... disadvantages...
I had been to Sweden and the other Nordic countries before and according to me, the only places you can come to a complete stop and clear the overly tired and not so anymore perfectly working brain. I went totally unprepared on the plane, just some necessities as some clothes and a toothbrush and shaving kit and that was about it. I do not speak the language, but I can get by and most people, if not all, speak a good word of English. Some wet Holiday this turned out to be....
OK, this little bit of silliness is completed. Let's see if I can get cracking on Paul & Paula 21. I actually wrote this before I came up with the kids, and it's the first time I used the names Paul and Paula for a couple. However, it is not THAT Paul and Paula. There's no sex in this story, though it's obviously something Julie does.
