This is a Space Fantasy in the Kinsella Universe. That was my inspiration, hope I come close to being as interesting.

The orb, a self-contained AI named Solace, introduces itself as an ancient construct designed by a lost alien civilization. Solace reveals that hidden beneath the sands lies the Erebus

A little stand-alone Startrek story, set in late season two of Startrek: Enterprise. When the crew of NX01-Enterprise find an M class planet suitable for shore leave, Trip Tucker and Malcom Reed have a beer idea. Predictably the resident Vulcan gets her knickers in a twist about it.

A story in the Gabatrix Series Universe
Set after the events of Gabatrix: The Pirates of Palora, a UHN serviceman finds the woman of his dreams on Cebravis. He's given the choice of joining the UWA/Itrean exchange program to serve onboard an Itrean vessel to be with this alien woman. However, there is more to the story as she turns out to be none other than Shira's mother.
