Karinaverse (Traveller) —
A Universe from the Mind of Sakka
Based on the classic sci-fi RPG Traveller (which I don't own) and set in a vast interstellar empire more than 3500 years in our future. Named after Karina Farwall (created by user "amiwakawaiidesu" of DeviantArt and used with permission) who's an all-around skillful Scout pilot and seems to get pregnant a lot. And yet she rarely actually gives birth, thanks to the gene vendor system: more details in the stories.
After losing her virginity in a surprising quickie with her best male friend (also a virgin, and boyfriend of her best female friend), young Karina takes the opportunity to arrange a month of afterschool sex lessons with said male friend to make him better prepared before he has his first time with their other friend. Set in a variant universe of the Traveller RPG, more than 3500 years in our future.

From the "Karinaverse"; now middle-aged (but well-preserved), Scout pilot Karina conceives twins by a young physics graduate-student passenger. Later, he unwittingly impregnates said daughters as well. (Contains futa-on-male and incest, so maybe not for everyone.)
From the Karinaverse, involving a young Japanese woman named Opalaa (family name) Mijii (given name) who is a protege of Karina's in the Scout Service. It's based on an incident I read long ago that was purportedly true ~ maybe in a Hustler ~ about a man so aroused by a beautiful woman he met on a nude beach that he came just from looking at her, without even touching her or his penis. One imagines that the girl was flattered.
From the Karinaverse. Superannuated Grand Admiral Lady Enirkamar is long menopausal, but seeks out famous babymaker Hugo Birnbaum in a remote asteroid belt for a sample of his sperm to "study". Also along is young Karina, abounding in fertile eggs ripe to be soaked in Hugo's semen. What could go wrong?
While giving her friend Heinz a ride home in her starship, space pilot Karina asks him to help her relieve her boob pain from lactation. Pregnancy ensues. (Part of the "Karinaverse".)
