A story about changing conditions in a marriage and the cost of not dealing realistically with those changes. This is a different story by my standards. It is shorter, harder edged and there are no side trips to exotic places. Like other stories, this has a Hemingway title, which approximates the theme.
Ever have somebody in your life which you despise and yet desire more than anyone in your life? Ever feel life sucks and you know you're going down the wrong path, but feel helpless to change or you're unwilling to change? Ever had that special someone whom has always been there, but suddenly you see them differently? Ever have somebody who upsets and changes your life for the better? Meet Terry and Beth as they discover a whole new world which was always there; only needing the unexpected.

Back in 1984 Dave met Marie at a frat party, a place she wouldn't be caught dead in. He followed her around campus until she decided to call his bluff and invite him to a punk show, a place she assumed he wouldn't be caught dead in. She was wrong. This is only a tiny part of their story.
A romantic tale that I started a couple of years ago. The first few chapters were posted but it was missing something so I removed it. I've finally got around to rewriting it. Hope you enjoy.
