I am a fan of Thinking Horndog's Swarm Cycle. Normally the extraction is a combination of a zoo and an orgy. This story is different. There are no sexual tryouts so the stroke content is quite low. Not to say there are no strokes of the whip. This is, as far as I know, a new direction for Swarm stories, focusing on corporal punishment of both concubines and sponsors who are being punished for their concubines' misdeeds. Marines punishing sponsors is an entirely new idea, and it sounds like this author has made up a new strategy for swarm stories. Is this one really going to be followed by other authors? Up till now, even when chains were required, whips were optional.
I am looking forward to more stories which were promised about this extremely high CAP score volunteer. I saw no technical quality issues, so I gave it a ten. The plot and appeal are eights. The plot itself is not complex, but the side sights of how the Confederacy and the war on Earth are going against the Sa'arm make up for it. The short time between CAP test and the extraction on the moon don't allow for a lot of character development. When all your sub scores for leadership and intelligence and sex drive are maxed out there may not be a lot of room for growth. Give this one a try. Unless you don't like spanking stories.
