John, feeling smothered by a rich wife, is finally divorced. This gives him a chance to spread his wings and after a couple of years, gets custody of his son. A new woman with two little girls become part of his life. This is the story of his family and his life over the next ten years.
This is the last story about my second wife. The flower freezing event and all the characters are real, but the rest of the story is pure fiction. It would have been a blast if true, though.
A story in the The Brokervrse
Candace's father has begun something he can't stop. And even if he wants to, Candace is going to make sure he doesn't. But will the cost be too high a price to pay?
The tale of Karl Larson, his family and friends after the area where they live is hit by a major earthquake, then a tsunami. Not simply a disastor tale, the story also contains a minor mystery. (Although this is the first story written about Karl Larson, it will eventually be one of the later tales in this universe.)
A Good Medicine Story Part of the A Well-Lived Life universe
The story of Michael Peter Loucks, A faithful, Russian Orthodox teenager, who has lived his entire life in small-town Ohio. It takes place in the same universe as my series 'A Well-Lived Life'. The story develops slowly.
Testimonials:
- One of the most accurate depictions of early-1980s rural southern Ohio I have encountered in historical fiction.
- Overall, the novel is highly authentic historical fiction, with exceptional period detail that feels lived-in rather than researched. / (Reviews)
