Having just finished "The Proposition" I find myself somewhat out of sorts. I truly wished the story would go on... and on, and on... sigh!
WTSman pushed all of my buttons with this story, indeed he mashed a few of them flat!
A wonderful story of a widowed man, a Father to two grown children, and obviously a wonderful person that meets a young woman when she most needed him.
This is a romance, and a well written very believable one at that. You can't help but fall in love with the characters in the story. The author raises, and deals with, all of the normal issues involved in a romance between two people with a large age difference. He handled the issues clearly and cleanly but most of all realistically!
Do not pass this one by! But do have a box of tissues handy as it will affect you unless you are terribly jaded.
My only wish is that a sequel would be written! Please?!
