Corey Grant, a computer games designer, is at the end of his rope. Although his games are selling like hotcakes, he is dissatisfied with his life. On Halloween, he and his gold-digging girlfriend are invited to the hottest club in town. The club is more than it seems.

My somewhat late contribution of a Halloween story. This was originally written as a prompt response for a writing community I'm a member of. Basically, you were to write a piece about anything you liked, as long as it contained two words. I'm sure you can guess what they were.
Carl is a divorced man, who is spending the night before Halloween alone because his daughter decided to go to a party instead. But when shopping he sees a rabbit costume, so decides to crash the party and check up on her. This is an extended version of my earlier story "Harvey". Most of the story is the same, but the ending is different. In short, it is no longer a "Dark Tale" in the same way as I gave it a happier ending.
