A Country Boy, City Girl Story I will admit that I did NOT write this story. I remember first seeing it on a BBS in around 1990. and the copy I have in my archive does not include any author information other than it was written by "Mistress Tawny Suede", and the phone number to a BBS long gone. A mother and daughter are taken captive by a green tenticaled alien being from their home in western Pensyvania in 1752. The alien is a prince running from his father while awaiting a revolution to begin on his home planet.
A short story. Mattias runs a tavern in the rural country. One day a scrawny girl with fiery eyes and small stubs of wings growing out her back barges in. Dragons are long thought to be extinct in this world. Mattias is placed into a twisted life with this fire breathing girl in his care, their relationship growing through their differences.
