This tale is based on a time in 1969, when I hitch-hiked from Sydney to Perth, some 2,500 miles (4,000+ km). This, in the middle of a very hot Australian summer. The main road, a lot of it unsealed at that time, runs across the Nullarbor Plain, a desolate land inhabited mainly by kangaroos, with a few small settlements along the way. I must have been mad, but I did actually complete the journey, taking only 3-and-a-half days. The latter part of the story is fiction, but the majority was true.
Fantasy: A dying wolf/human creature is rescued by a young Eskimo. He sometimes sees her as a beautiful girl and they become lovers. Later he also takes an Eskimo girl as his second mate. The old ways are revived and the wolf/human creature is once again revered by a hardier race of people.
This is a tale of romance with southerners written by someone born in the south and still living here. If you watch the Hallmark Channel, it's too consistent and too northern (with a little western). The attitudes and actions are different though there are similarities. There also is no annoying music unless you hum as you read. It's about young folk though I'm no longer one. Hope you enjoy it. Christy is an 18 year old ballerina; beautiful, healthy, irresistible, and in need of a place to live. Harry is 45, married, fit, and solvent. They know it's wrong, but they do it anyway. Because it's so good.
Mom! I don't need a babysitter! Oh! Ah... never mind! :-) "Rebound lover. I am her rebound lover. Ok, that's fine. I'm fine with that. I like being rebounded upon!"
Now understand, I don't go around kissing my sister, at least not like that. This was not a sisterly peck, but a full on, wet, bit of tongue kiss. A heated kiss. Why the kiss? Well, I have to start at the beginning... -- This is a story of my sister and I sharing a romantic moment. Ok, fucking. Teenagers and incest. Read on!
