This is an unusual story, told entirely in the first person, as if a gal is narrating her experiences to somebody else. Of how she went from being a Disco Queen, to a vampire.
A mother and son try to cope as they are experimented upon. This story refers to another author's story as a sort of tip of the hat, but reading that story is not necessary to understand this one.
Some people can lose their inhibitions without taking anything. In this story a newlywed wife only needs a couple of drinks, the right manipulation and she will do anything to anyone anytime and anywhere.

In good harvest years in the village of Gaiyto at the base of Lord Sumitora's mountain castle on the island of Honshu, the lord selects a 14-year-old boy to attend his tea of the full moon ceremony and enter into his service. In exchange, Lord Sumitora's granaries are opened to the village in bad harvest years. It is a very good harvest year, and Edo has reached his 14th year.

Chuck Larson had a great life he thought. A beautiful wife, and a 15 year old daughter that was the apple of his eye. Then he meets Charley, his daughter's best friend. And his life is never the same after that.
He was not one of Cathy's favourite Tutors for she felt his eyes stripping her naked whenever she sat in his classes. She wouldn't have minded so much if it was that new Professor Blunt in Media Studies for he was quite cute. Professor Tomas was everything but; he was fifty at least and quite horrible.
"Remember tomorrow kid, ok," he said as he did up his pants. "If you wants some action bring a Mars bar and don't forget the condoms. Our ladies here may be mad but their plumbing still works and we don't want any accidents."
