Drama Stories

I received a joke by e-mail today and it hit me that there was a short story in that humor. I had to sit right down and polish off this story in order to get back on one of my other stories I was in the middle or writing.

Woman and man drift apart do to greerd and malaise , she cheats and he hurts inside--at first.

On his eighteenth birthday, Owen Vey learns that his female-led family has built its identity around a coercive sexual tradition—and expects him to submit to it. When his aunt’s violent abuse sends him to the hospital, Owen escapes into an uncertain world without documents, education, or a home. With help from strangers, he fights for legal independence, exposes the family’s secrets, and builds a future of his own.

I've always been interested in the interplay of relationships between people. The most interesting are those of strangers who have a common focus. Mandy lives a double life, separated by a half a world and two different cultures. Alex is about to learn the truth.

A man is betrayed by his wife so he takes extreme action and runs. This work was human generated with the help of an AI tool. This means that the author generated the characters, plot line, and more than 70% of the text.

Broken Hearts
