My birthday is on Halloween. I've been always having to choose between Trick and Treat, or birthday presents most of my life. Finally, I'm looking forward to it!
This is the final story in the series that started with "It's My Own Fault". Thanks to the wonderful reader who took the time to suggest a final sequel.
If you've read my story "Away Games" you'll probably guess the story line here. Mom goes to her sons football team's Regional Finals. After a little coaxing from her kids she agrees to ride the bus with them instead of driving.

Living in a bad neighborhood, you never know what will happen. This story chronicles a summer in which a mother and her son are held captives by a local gang.
