Coach Mike Hammer didn't have much going for him--a lousy job, a mean ex wife and a slutty daughter who only called for money--but he had a baseball team poised to win state. That is, until the school board collapsed the girls softball team into his and made it co-ed. He wants talentless freshman pitcher Jenny Mitchell to quit, but she doesn't take a hint and his hands are tied. Then one night, on a dark baseball diamond, his players take matters into their own hands.

There is a theme of alien encounters as well as biological adaptions. The beliefs that people have at times is questioned, like the earth being flat and the centre of the universe.
Chapters will normaly stay on one subject.
