A Vulcan colony story in the Swarm Cycle Universe. Now that his family has been picked up and General Fred Winthrop has been assigned a colony to run, he needs some people to populate it. This is Part 1 of the continuing saga of Chief Eddie Nolan's 1st WestPac. He's now homeward bound, but not finished with carnal pleasures.
