Mike and the Energists Story

A Ley Line Witch Story
When raiders, the horse barbarians,attack their village, Nikshith fled with most of the other villagers. At 75, he soon had trouble keeping up with the younger people. He laid an ambush for the attackers and killed two of them before they killed him. An hour or so later, he came back to life, his wounds healed. A Ley Line Witch Story
Madailein Kavanagh has a problem. several actually. The demon sent to kill her and its employer are unhappy that she is still alive. The other Ley Line users are unhappy that she has joined their previously all male club, as she hadn't been invited to join, but now couldn't be denied. Maddy needs to learn how to use this new Magic that she has before one or more of them decide to take her out. There is no sex in the first book. / (Reviews)

Nothing is free in this world though, and no foundation or corporation is completely benevolent, especially one that holds lucrative patents in nanotech.

A star high school football quarterback loses his father, his girlfriend and his career, all in the same explosion. Now, he goes back in time to get the ones who did this, as well as saving the United States from being destroyed. What he finds on his one way trip is 'home.' - 42,200 words. / (Reviews)

As the title suggests, this story is a tribute to cmsix, one of my favorite authors, may he rest in peace. I realize that he only completed 19 stories of the 57 he started, but they are always good for making me smile. The plot is simple: Modern guy dies and ends up in a made-for-TV contest on a planet equivalent to Earth 40,000 years ago. Don't bother reading it if you're looking for a lot of emotional drama. This story is simply for your entertainment.
