Although it was not as highly rated as others, this is my personal favorite of all of my stories. I tried to keep it as close to the Hemingway novel as possible. But the lost generation is 90 years old. So I had to come up with a more modern way to separate my hero from his balls. Nevertheless, the rest of the story still leverages the original's plot and characters. I've never run with the bulls. So I moved this to a situation that I have experienced myself. I think Papa would approve.
A Life in Paradise Story This story follows the coaching career of Kyle Martin and lives of his wife Penny and their four children, David, Jessie, Danny and Robbie. The story is set in 2031, eighteen years after the end of my previous story featuring Kyle, Lost and Found. It is not necessary to have read Lost and Found before you read this, though incidents and characters from that story will appear frequently in this one.

A Story in the El Paso Universe
A number of authors got together and each of us wrote a story on the three songs about El Paso by Marty Robbins. This is my contribution.
Ed's family goes to Japan and are caught in the Tsunami of 3/11/2011. This sends him into depression and he plans on eventually taking himself out. While traveling aimlessly, he meets a widow and her two children. They support each other allowing Ed to change his plan. Note: There were still 3,700 people missing on the 1st year aniversary of the disaster.
