A rough tale of a young teenage girl whose parents are arrested and she is put into a foster home. She doesn't accept her circumstances well and acts up. After being moved through several homes her social worker removes all traces of her from the system and delivers her to the home of a friend and that friend's two sons.

This is a short story to cover an unfinished item in Connard Wellingham's story 'The Girls' School.' At the end of that story a young man badly misbehaves and then betrays a trust, placing many at risk. Those most affected by his behaviour get special help to extract a revenge for his betrayal; this is the start of that story. NB: This is well outside my comfort zone, see end note. It was a slow week for 'Sharp Investigations' in fact it has always been slow since Mike Sharp had set up his business ten months ago after leaving the Police force. Well thought Mike, asked to leave might be more accurate.

Two best friends, one with a long hidden history she can't openly admit, the other a spoiled beauty out to have some illicit fun. A walk in the park leads to demands made and their feminine treasures despoiled in a variety of ways. This includes a four legged beast. Yet in the end, as men and their canine minion demand more from the girls, one seeks escape by serving up her friend as a sacrifice. Rape and pillaging of tender flesh, but also old wounds eased and resentments assuaged.
