Jack was orphaned as a toddler when his parents were killed in a car crash. His wife Janice and her sister Janelle were also orphaned at a young age. Janice and Janelle's step-mother, an adept of "The Old Ways", is going to hold a seance on Halloween to try to contact the two sets of parents for her daughters and son in law. Will she be able to contact the parents who had passed on so many years ago? What else will happen? Some codes omitted to avoid giving away the end of the story.
Jacky is a typical 43 year old mom. Her 16 year old daughter comes home in tears due to breaking up with her boyfriend. After a moment of comfort, her daughter goes in the shower. Upon walking past the bathroom, Jacky hears the cries of her daughter and decideds to enter. She is wearing nothing under her bath robe and is faced with the choice, Leave her daughter crying alone, or lose the robe and comfort her. Enjoy the story ;)
Anita battles the fate-like pushing together of her and her son. She finally gives up and admits defeat. They will attempt to work something out. Problem is, Anita has three other children to worry about and her own mental welfare. A hopefully realistic story of mental conflict, anxiety, frustration and finally, acceptance.
