A Waikiki PI Story
Waikiki PI story #8. Our intrepid PI, Joe Solomon, finds himself involved with an attractive bottle blonde who seems nothing but trouble. Her past mistakes catch up with her in the form of a murdered one night stand set up to be a frame. Joe needs to find the murderer before her troublesome nature infects him. As always, it's best to read the earlier stories to understand returning characters. However I did provide a list of characters returning in this story.

My life was great, and then it got better when my wife, my business partner, and his wife surprised me after a party. Things will never be the same and that's fine with me.

A story in the Tech and State Universe
Brad invites Monica on an impromptu blind date for his studious roommate Reid. When an ice storm strands her on campus, Monica has no place to stay for the night -- except for sharing Reid`s bed. Reid is single-minded in finishing an important term paper; and he finds Monica an unwelcome distraction. Soon, Monica`s fiery temperament begins to melt Reid`s icy shell, and they become mutually attracted. However, both have skeletons in their closet that threaten to derail their budding romance.

Karen nearly has a panic attack when the young fireman shows up to give the talk at the fire-safety program she'd organized for her son's school. Her chance to unseat a rival as queen of organization hangs in the balance. When everything goes well, and Leo wants a copy of the video, Karen is glad to make him one. Having the sexy young fireman alone with her in the house soon triggers a three alarm fire of desire within her.

Fishing brings about a revelation one day about his wife. He takes it from there and never hurrying, deals with it, bringing his life to a happier time. She was so lucky!
