This is one of my longer stories. Paul has neighbors who he socializes with, before and after his divorce. He is attracted to the wife but remains aloof. When she becomes widowed, he tries to lend support for her and her nineteen-year-old daughter. Consoling them both at different times, during a period of 'pillow talk' the widow tells him about how she grew up and how she met her husband.

There is an infestation of tiny lizards on the Pinwheel, and Doctor Reid is assigned a crack team of scientists to get to the bottom of it before they threaten the space station's air supply. The more they discover, the stranger things get. Where did these critters come from, and how are the enigmatic Krell involved?
This story is loosely based upon the Roy Orbison song. It just came to me on a trip when I was playing a CD with that song on it. We'll see if it works. It's short as is the song.
