This is the first in a series of stories about "evil" Blood Pressure Clinics, that lure victims in, trick them, trap them, and completely drain them of all their energy. It's not really sci-fi, but there are some elements that do stretch the bounds of completely realistic reality. I'd love to hear if anyone enjoys this. I've written plenty more...
Troy's day begins badly when his girlfriend dumps him; it gets worse when his stepmother seizes the moment to commence a plan she's had for him for some time, her mind full of admiration for the girl who's put him closer to the place she needs him to be in.
