A runaway boy and an orphan girl dream of one another. They feel a strange connection. Is it a dream, or is it real? A wrinkled, old woman with a heavenly voice gives the boy shelter. He grows to manhood and helps the old woman search for the heir to a magical crystal bracelet that holds the power over storms and rainbows along with many secrets. And, where there is power, there are those that covet it and will do anything to make it their own, which is exactly what an ancient evil plans to do.
This story in in response to a reader's inquiry about Rachel and Sergio's story. I never dreamed that someone would be asking about their story when I posted Em and Nicola's story. Anyway, I hope everyone enjoys this tale of love between the most reluctant K-9 officer and the hot blooded Italian that pursues her.

This is the the daytime happenings of the After hours story. 3,000 people left Earth to start a new settlement on a deserted planet. They were placed in cryogenics pods for the trip. Someone wanted to be the ruler and killed some of the controllers, while they slept. There were to be 15 settlements, with 200 people in each. The Alpha settlement ended with only ten people. The story tells of their eveyday life.
Inspired by the world created in ElSol’s The Master’s Ring, begins my story set 19 years later. The great purge is ending. A new generation is growing towards adulthood. Since ElSol proclaimed he would never finish his masterpiece, I am striving to expand his world with my own science fiction spin(respectfully). This is absolutely not a sequel, just my reimagining of ElSol's world I so enjoyed. Chapter lengths vary widely. This is intended to be a long continuing story.

Two painfully shy teens, partners in a magic act, are chosen for The Program the week of the school talent show. So are other performers. Coincidence?
A very straight and conservative type guy, a divorcee overhears some other guys discussing a wager. The subject of which is, the seduction of a young married woman. Our hero decides to intervene and frustrate the gamblers plans. During the following chapters the hero's whole outlook on life changes somewhat and by the end of the tale he's living a very unconventional and altogether different lifestyle.
