This is a continuation of the first book. If you liked the first, I think you will like this one. Read the first one. It builds directly from the other. If I didn't want to post shorter stories, it would be all one book. If religious overtones bother you, you probably won't like this or anything else I write.
An adult fairytale. Because of one particularly evil act, The Goddess takes notice of an evil man who's destroying the environment, she picks a strange group to bring an end to his atrocities. There is some nastiness in there, but not bad enough, to trigger anyone's 'squicks', I don't think. Only you dear reader can make that judgement. The story is set in England, with English idioms, and spelling.
This is much more of a love story with some sex. Cindy has just returned from 14 months as a Navy nurse in Iraq and is suffering from PTSD. She meets John, a Vietnam vet and he helps her through her disease and the two of them end up as lovers. / (Reviews)
