Lincoln Steele, ex-Army Ranger turned private eye, does what he does best - avenge his friend's death and search for his missing daughter. Parts of this story may be difficult to read (hence the caution tag), but they're necessary to warrant his vigilante-type justice. (Please read the warning on the story's index page.) Steele is a cross between Jack Reacher and Dirty Harry. This is Book 3 in the Lincoln Steele novels: Steele Justice (ZBookStore only), High School Massacre, Death of a Hero.

A story in the AMR Fan Fiction - Z’s Valentines Universe
Inspired by the world created in ElSol’s The Master’s Ring, begins my story set 19 years later. The great purge has ended. A new generation has blossomed. I am striving to expand his world with my own science fiction spin(respectfully). This is my reimagining of ElSol's world I so enjoyed. The last chapter of Book 1 is posted. I am working on book 2 (Eugene: Ducks Fly Together) but posting will be delayed as I complete several chapters in advance. Only publishing on SOL,

John Taylor
When Taylor learns that Roy Breyer, his former military mentor and the man who shaped him into the operator he is today, has died in a small Minnesota town, he expects to pay his respects and help Roy’s daughter Milly navigate the aftermath, what he finds instead is a wall of silence. The sheriff won’t release the body, the coroner calls it an accident but refuses to say what kind, and everyone Taylor talks to seems terrified to answer even the simplest questions.

A nerd, a cheerleader, an attempted murder. A physics experiment gone awry changes the lives of a brother and his sister. There is some sex in this but it is not the main thrust (sorry, couldn't resist) of the story.

From a seductive vampire to a university that wants knowledge, a tale of hubris, fear, and destruction unfolds.
