Everyone is always asking me if I have a boyfriend. Well, seems I’ve always had LOTS of boyfriends but when it comes to boyfriends... well that's a different story. Finding one at school is especially difficult under the circumstances so when an opportunity arose, I went for it (or should I say, him).

A 19 year old dude visits his uncle overseas in Yugoslavia on a farm for the 1st time; a stoic rugged guy, a man of few words that hardly socialised with anyone, seems to become magnetised to his long haired rocker looking bearded nephew from modern Australia. They spend every day together developing a bromance relationship in this low key farming village landscape where toilets were still optional. One day the nephew tests the extent of his uncle's magnetism.
It was the last day of a great Spring Break. Although it was hard to leave home, I got a great sendoff - definitely a day for the diary! It started with a great wakeup call and then off to church where I was reunited with an old friend - in more ways than one!
I chose a religious university based on its personal learning atmosphere and impressive academic credentials. Although frustrated at times with the strict rules I'm sure in the future I won't regret my choice. In comparison, my cousin Kristen chose hers based on being close to home and having a good time; apparently a degree was an afterthought. When I was home on break I got to experience dorm party life at my cousin's university which was just a tad bit different from mine.
It's almost impossible to believe that four years could pass so quickly. I was graduating from college today! It was a special weekend in my life, one my dad was all too happy to make even more special for me.
