Following the apprehension of Doctor Trask, D59 teams spread out across the globe to clean up the mess he left behind. In the former USSR one team discovers a new threat that will imperil not only just their minds, but their country... Pursuing an experimental robot that has overridden it's programming and escaped, Rae and her team face death on a factory planet that it now controls.

The humanoids on a distant planet are quite like us, but also have some notable differences. The ambassador from the planet shares a tale from his youth.
