This is a Western story in two parts. The Palmer Ranch with Randy and Sheila on the East end of the valley, and the Ferris Ranch with Dave and Teresa on the West end with the town of Ferris in the center. The first part will stand alone. The second part has the same stand alone quality. It tells the story of the long valley where Ferris Town draws characters from both. Some characters speak in dialect. Ignore the spelling. Book 1 is a mandatory read before starting this one. The group of friends and neighbors forms a cohousing consortium and build their own, specially designed, neighborhood with amenities to foster loving interactions. As they do the group expands with various people that mostly Dave meets. A few parents and relatives figure out what's going on; some join the Circle. Dave's skill in foreplay wins over many of the women. Several start a new hobby with an appealing instructor.
Stories in the Frank's Post-Apoc World Universe
This is, obviously, Book 10 of the series. It has new narrators and travels in new directions as the people of Protection and Preservation search the world for more survivors. Distances can be long between stops and new possibilities await the exploration team. Time continues to flow from the Day, now almost forty years ago.

A Dusty Story Part of the Keltria universe
Dusty is a cop's daughter who habitually finds trouble without even looking for it. The Story is set around 2094 when major changes occur in the young police woman's life. She is based in Port Douglas, QLD, where her dad is the Chief Superintendent of the region. Her dad always said Dusty's middle name was 'Trouble', and trouble is what she finds. Author's Note: Due to the number of changes in this book and the new second book, I'm reposting the Dusty Series but haven't deleted the old books.
