A tale inspired by a prompt from another writer, this story is a trifle. Nothing deep, full of angst - but maybe some humor and romance.
A semi-realistic story set in California in the near-present, with some cultural context and a exploration of the bohemian lifestyle, complete with many of my favorite perversions.
This is another spinoff from the Dr. Brandle story which is about a man who takes early retirement and relocates to a small town in northern California. There is sex in this story but it is very slow to develop and it is not overly descriptive. Readers looking for more graphic descriptions should take a pass on reading this story.
