My personal experiences
I wanted to write a version of the medical fetish fantasy that I frequently use during self-pleasuring. First I was compelled to describe the roots of the fantasy so you would understand me better.

The dark stone changes those that possess it. Just after his eighteenth birthday, Sam finds a strange rock half-buried near some old abandoned train tracks. They were a normal suburban family. When Sam brings the stone home with him, things slowly unravel. His mother finds herself in situations she never imagined. His sister tries to resist her new impulses. Even Sam's married neighbor falls under the stone's spell.

A classic story, extrapolated to modern times.

Accomplished English Knight is forced to kill the Earl he serves when the Earl betrays the King to whom they both swore their oaths of allegiance. This is complicated by the fact that the Earl is a close friend of the Knight. This leaves the Knight unsettled, unable to return to the land of his birth, where he would have to face the Earl's wife. Join him as he sets out across Europe searching for an elusive inner peace, as well as a cause to pledge himself to, and maybe even love along the way.
