Elise grew up being bullied for vitiligo. Her only friend was her cousin. Once she attended college she met a young woman and they became friends, but they ended up loving the same man. The man truly loved Elise, but opted for her friend. This broke her heart causing her to create another persona of Onyx that used wealthy men for money. One day she met a handsome man that loved her spots. She gave up her life as Onyx, but what happens when one of her clients refused to let go.
The city of New York could be dangerous in 1982. When a statuesque heroically busted blonde hiding a little something extra sets her sights on a pretty little petite woman out jogging, strange things can happen! Did I mention this is New York? Strange things WILL happen!
Imagine what it would be like for you if you were an 8-year-old girl in NYC walking home from school and were grabbed and gang-raped. Well, this girl's parents were from North Korea and not about to put up with that shit, so her father taught her how to defend herself. When she got a little older, she started eliminating rapists and muggers as soon as she could find them.
Two beautiful high school juniors meet in a Pennsylvania small town. One sustains a continuous smile while the other sustains a frown. The odd friendship blossoms into true love. The beauty and power of these remarkable young women ends up not just ameliorating their lives, but many others whom they encounter over the next three or so years. MM isn't explicit. Neither is rape, though it's integral to the story.
A story in the Edward Pembroke Universe
Ms Pembroke is adored by her schoolgirl pupils, a beacon of grace and wisdom in their sheltered world. They trust her implicitly, never questioning the watchful eyes behind her prim exterior—never sensing the darkness that lurks beneath.
The first three chapters of this story are pretty nasty. Then it becomes a sexually charged love story. In other words, I expect I’ll piss off a lot of people. Sorry. I hope some of you enjoy it. It wasn’t what I started out intending to write but I worked too hard on it to throw it out.
