Sometimes even the most respectable of Certified Nurses get into shocking circumstances in the middle of a boring night shift when time seems to pass so slowly.

Later daughter-in-law Lisa discovers them enjoying another wet 3-some outside. She's shocked, and pissed, and pisses on Ella. Lisa orders her husband (Dan's brother Tim) to plow his mom while she's blowing Phil and screwing BIL Dan. It's family fun, but there's more! Siblings. Girlfriends. The "Fountain Club?"
