Some things cannot be done alone; they need co-operation. In the greater scheme of things, that usually derives from caring about something. Caring can cause anger, resentment and in some cases love. Join a young man who only feels he has a job and tries to do it well, then finds out it leads to real friends and maybe caring and love too. The setting is S E France, the action mostly in Europe, that changes eventually also.

This story is a fictional account of Washington before the revolutionary war. I tried to use as many factual items as I could. This was an idea I got from reading all the facts and certain behaviors (sexually) of Washington and his wife.

What would have happened if Hitler had been a little more lucky? What would life have been like in the UK under German occupation? Especially, what would have happened to the more attractive of the women? Most of the action takes place in 1947. Germany won the war. Belgium, France, Holland, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Sweden, and Spain are all part of Greater Germany and are effectively provinces. The UK is still occupied by the German army.
