Alpha, they called it. Due to extenuating circumstances, when she arrived on Alpha, or Earth as we know it, she was alone. Not knowing, and even fearing what she would encounter upon landing, it turned out pretty well. Pretty well for her and for what was left of Earth’s severely diminished population.

The experiences of a Marine when he is stationed on the Japanese island of Okinawa. He meets an amazing lady, and things go from there. Notice, this is a cleaned up and edited version of a story I first posted in 1996.

An SAS Story

Join Jacob Stellinski of Georgia as he goes from free citizen to slave to greatness as the first president of Haven. Jacob is an accomplished gunsmith and inventor, as well as unintentional politician as he leads a secession of a section of Georgia, one of the Confederate States. Of course, Georgia does not want him to succeed in his rebellion, so there is a local war that taxes everybody's resources. An Inhuman Love Story
A bodyguard ends up working for an entitled, rich alien woman. Cheesy romance and inhuman/human sex ensues.

This is not a combat story, but a recounting of the activities of my father, a transport driver, and his friends in the Australian Army during World War 2. It's the incidents and events they talked about over a drink when they got together to remember the old days. Most are funny, in many ways, and some are frightening. They convey what they did to stay sane, and also why they were there. Included is the poetry by the author, nearly all of which was written whilst on active service. 24,900 words

A story set in the Pinwheel Universe
Tepin, a shy Valbaran artist, travels to the Pinwheel in search of inspiration. During his exploration of the space station, he encounters a Krell, a giant alien with an uncanny resemblance to the ancient deities of his people's past. Enamored, he attempts to make friends with the creature, despite their problems communicating and their difference in size.
