As Christmas in the main story's timeline is approaching, and the echoes of Carol's time with Tony will be heard, I figured it was about time to post this here. Carol's relationship with Tony has formed a great deal of who she is, and influenced a lot of the main story line.

A story in the Angels Universe
In the dry and unforgiving Namib Desert, on the Skeleton Coast of Namibia, Ashwin Windsor need to recover and fly out an old DC-3 aircraft. But what is the connection between the aircraft, the red head fire eater Angelique Rothman, her uncle, and "blood diamonds" out of Angola? And who else is involved?

A Linkage Story
The Waiter's Tale sheds light on the life of the Chevalier and introduces characters pivotal to the story arc(!). The story contains a lot of travel and fornication, although much of the latter is noises off so to speak. There are also gobbets of history, music, and film talk. Threading through the tale is what could be considered a coming of age story. Judge for yourselves, although the first two stories in the Linkage series (both very short) will need to be read to make sense of this story.
