This is a spin-off story to 'A Better Option' and takes place between chapters 2 and 3. Our hero Jonas needs a new home for his future exploits, and this is his experience in house hunting. I've tried to make this story a standalone, I'm not sure if I was 100% successful, but it should work. Although it does make much more sense with it's parent story.

The idea for this story has been bouncing around in my head for a while now and I finally was in a situation where I felt compelled to actually write it. The basis for the story is the song by the same name "One Boy, One Girl", by Colin Raye. So the idea and all lyrics quoted are credited to him and his songwriters. It may help to listen to the song before reading this story.

This story is a spinoff from a prior story "Dr. Brandle." It tells of a Dermatologist who moves to a small town to start a practice. There is only a little sex in this story and if that is what the reader is looking for please look elsewhere.
