I was pissed-off when my manager at the Marriott made me work Sunday brunch. But then completely out of the blue I met this guy there. And although he didn't know it, he'd been looking for me. And he's kind, and amazingly thoughtful, and a wonderful lover. I just never expected that he'd be white. Yeah, there's some explicit, joyous sex in here, but mainly, this is a romance story...

A story in the Tech and State Universe
The story of Chelsea, a college sophomore who is trans-sexual and her boyfriend/fiance Jeff. Jeff meets her as shy and introverted. She initially rebuffs his advances but relents when she discovers shared interests. They fall in love and begin a sexual relationship. The growth of their love parallels the growth of Chelsea's self-esteem. She outs herself publicly with bittersweet consequences. / (Reviews)
And now for something completely different. Once upon a time, Bob Fischer was a professional hit man, a torturer and psychotic, emotionless murderer. He was also a parent any child would love to have and a genius inventor, making multi-millions on his patents and who just happened to live in Paradise. Note that Garrigeld Island, Bender Bay and Bungun don't exist. Don't you just wish they did? And all this is written archetypally in Australian.
Like all my stories, this has religious overtones. If you don't like that, don't read it! It's a romance with a science fiction twist thrown in. Some different directions for them from other scifi treatments. Happy endings are nice things.
