Julia goes to Alaska to live alone for a year in her uncle's remote cabin in order to write a book. It's located nearly fifteen miles from the nearest road with the closest neighbor three miles away. She thinks she's prepared for life alone in the wilderness; then she meets someone who truly understands what it means to be isolated.

An Uncle Bob Story
When Amanda graduated high school she didn't know what she wanted to do. Her pizza delivery job didn't seem like the kind of thing to make a career out of. Then fate handed her four tickets, with VIP passes, to the Victoria Anderson concert. Having no boyfriend, she decided to ask her Uncle Bob if he wanted to go with her. Then her back stage pass got her a chance to talk to Victoria and be interviewed for a possible job. It was a very unconventional job. Uncle Bob would help her get it.

After world war II ended many smaller battles occurred that settled the fates of countries.
