The Baldwins ranched in Texas until shortly after the Civil War. Then the carpetbaggers arrived and Chance Baldwin didn't get along. Hetty, his mother, urged him to depart. He made is way to Wyoming, collecting a Squaw Man along the way to guide him to the friend he was searching for. Encompasses 18 months of time in a fictional account of settling in the Western part of our country

Dave meets Crystal, and the chemistry is instant. Later, he meets her sister, Trish - and the chemistry is instant. His father gets involved. Things expand rapidly from there, with one 'adult' situation after another. Dave's confidence soars. More 'adult' friends appear and join in. This is a Western story in two parts. The Palmer Ranch with Randy and Sheila on the East end of the valley, and the Ferris Ranch with Dave and Teresa on the West end with the town of Ferris in the center. The first part will stand alone. The second part has the same stand alone quality. It tells the story of the long valley where Ferris Town draws characters from both. Some characters speak in dialect. Ignore the spelling. A young man, born and raised in the mountain wilderness of NW Arkansas goes to work for 'Uno Bravo', a special ops contractor for the CIA. He has a partner named 'Dog'. They're sent behind enemy lines, time and time again. He's wounded so many times, they force him to retire after 13 years of service. He moves back to the wilderness to get away, and so this story begins. There's plenty of action, some sex, and a lot of violence, blood and gore.

Jason Bjornsson is off camping with a group of friends, when he stumbles upon something quite unexpected. He learns that the creatures of fairy tales and imagination are in fact real! He finds himself drawn into their world, not just because of their plight, but because of a hidden power that he can wield to aid them!
