Stranded on a lonely highway during a severe thunderstorm, Carol and her dad seek refuge in a barn. All they need now is to get dry and warm. A quick roll in the hay on a squeaky twin bed ought to fix them right up!
A whimsical short story. It was written tongue-in-cheek and is a bit outrageous. Henry's middle-aged single Mom is happy as long as she can bring a guy home on the weekend for a good romp. She has no qualms about helping Henry with his overactive libido, but much to Henry's frustration she will only go so far.
It is a novel about people who dare to let their most base desires surface, but most especially it is about the eager members of a fatherless family, their monetary problems, and their taboo desires. In their quest for mere survival, they are swept into an illicit web of lust, from which none of them seem willing or able to escape.
