Along with that, I discovered a large part of my parents' private life I never imagined possible. At last, my discoveries were rewarded lavishly.
Mom's prim behavior and somewhat aloofness annoyed me. I grabbed a golden chance when she could not get back at me and misbehaved. When she talked to me about it later, I completely misbehaved and she liked it a lot. Finally I managed to get rid of her rough edges.
