A Clar war Story Close to the end of a second tour of combat in Clar the war had pushed them almost to their northern border. The fighting was more fierce but now even those Clar in the south were joining the fight. A simple night patrol and ambush turns into something else when a young Clar general is captured. First he was not armed and had come out looking for us to surrender. Second was he gave up enough intel for us to strike and break the enemy's lines.

Ahmed ibn Malik's Saracens are investing the Heights of Hattin in late twelfth-century Palestine. The Crusaders come out to parley, led by Guillaume de Chauvigny, bringing his three sons. Malik sees Chauvigny's 14-year-old reddish-blond and handsome son Andre and declares he must have him as a virgin. Turkish chieftain Yusuf bin Salah captures the boy and does everything he can to debauch him while leaving him technically a virgin for Ahmed's pleasure. Andre has his own secrets though.
Mike and his ladies follow a different story line in this version of the Call Me Beth story. This is more than just a variation, and for the most part, a completely different story. This version doesn't have a terminal illness. It concentrates more on relationships between Mike and his daughters, their procreation, and the eventual matings between Mike and his granddaughters. While I generally try to keep some humor in my stories, this one includes lots of girls who like to have fun.
With three beautiful teenage blonde daughters, Bill might have thought he would be busy beating the boys away with his baseball bat. He'd have been wrong.
