Love (and Magic) Win The Day!

I was a full mage finally and had put a lot of thought and research into the valley of the dead kings. I knew hundred or maybe more had tried to enter and steal the treasures but I wanted golden the libraries of the kings. I would have to fight magic with magic but also use elements to protect me from it, or from special traps designed to break magical defenses.

This is a story about death. Many romanticize the vampire and its immortal longing for blood, but pity the reluctant vampire, taken and turned more for spite than any other reason. The reluctant vampire does not romanticize his fate, but sees it in all its stark reality... a life whose passion does not focus on love or sex, but on hunting, killing, and draining the blood of the humans unlucky enough to be considered perfect prey.

After a gate opens and dragons and their kind come through the realm becomes chaos. That starts one man's trek to the distant dwarf mines to make weapons to kill dragons. Of course there is a young woman left out as a sacrifice to the dragons and drakes to face. Once the weapon is made it proves deadly to dragons but takes every bit of courage he has.
