This story I wrote several years ago for another site but never got around to finishing it so I re wrote it and will add more chapters soon. This is a story about three girls and two boys who are members of a club they have in their treehouse. The girls want to make the school holidays a time they will never forget.
"The ‘Spotted Lady’ tent went down very well last year," said the Colonel. "I thought it a bit feeble, personally, but it's amazing what a bit of exposed female flesh will do to bring in the money."
Readers, I have known for years my diary was published on the website storiesonline.net by my former friend Carrie without my knowledge. Recently I regained access to the profile and considered requesting the website webmaster to take it down. With a change of heart, read the comments that readers posted over the last decade. Read that readers have no plans on removing it from the website. Instead, I dug up my edited version of my journal (diary) on an old portable hard drive.

This serves as the introductory chapter to "Sylvia's Misfortunes in Aprico Island." The narrative unfolds the tale of a 32-year-old compassionate and stunning humanitarian aid worker facing adversities after being marooned on Aprico Island, a secluded coastal island in Africa. This prologue, while not overtly explicit, provides context for the subsequent chapters.
