All summer I'd been wanting to go to our favorite State Park where we water-ski but its seems there was always one thing or another in the way. When we finally got to go, it turned out that getting was half the fun, not to mention what happened when my cousin and I made a few new friends.

Finally, my sophomore year was over and summer break was here. I had been wondering how my first few days would be after being gone for so long. Well, I needn't have worried as my parents had quite a homecoming planned for me.

One of the reasons I've always been willing to submit totally to my father is I love him and trust he will never ask me or force me to do anything I do not want. So what happened when the day came there was something he wanted so terribly bad and there is only one person who could give it to him - me, but it meant I had to do something that I really didn't want to? We're not talking about cleaning my room either.

Hard to believe but my dad is now on the downward slope to 50! There are a few days each year that are special when it comes to me and my dad - Father's Day, 4th of July, his birthday and Christmas. Of course, it's HOW you make a day special that counts! Note: Reading this over after I wrote it, I may have repeated myself a lot and dwelled on certain topics a bit much. My apologies if that's the case but these things are important to me and are hard to put into words so please bear with me!
