Coming of Age in 1960s NZ. My Father's much younger bother advised, supported, and mentored me through adolescence. He shared the knowledge and insights from his own experience to ease my transition from guilt ridden and fumbling ignorance to a life any teenager would envy. The lessons I learned from Frank still stand me in good stead sixty years later. This is the story of my adventures with my third real girlfriend.

This is the true story of my first real experience with a woman. I was 18 at the time. There had been two previous encounters with a 17 year old girl who was also a virgin. Needless to say, those were just bumbled attempts.

It uses a series of self-contained incidents, in more or less chronological order, to demonstrate how the bond between them developed over time. Some of these incidents are of a mildly sexual nature, although there is only one, non-graphic reference to underage sex featuring one of the central characters.

Becky comes to see her friend after school. Kev, the dad, is at home and keeps her company after lying about how long his daughter will be out. He asks her about her sex life, and adds to her experiences by seducing her with gentle foreplay followed by great sex.

This is a slight reworking of a old story of mine with a bit more editing set in the 1950s. 14 year old Jonathan visits the reverend to help with the upcoming church sale
