I really wanted to like this story. I've liked some of the author's previous work, and the eneral out line of the story was right up my alley. However, it turned out to be repetitive, a bit trite, and in need of editing and proofing.



The Bad:

A bit trite. Many points are unnevessarily made repeatedly. Some events and talking points are visited repeatedly. No sense of time passing; the author tells us, "and this all happened x months later".

The good:

The two main characters are likeable and have some depth. The general storyline is good and different from many. Acceptable ending.

If you are still waiting for your serials to update, there's no reason not to read this.
