Excellent story -- As far as overall appeal, I went between a vote of 9 and 10. I also added GR to my favorite authors list, and will be following up on his blog suggestion about possible collaboration.

"The Pass" is in the genre of exploring the interaction of heterosexuals (cisgender) with the range of transsexual identities. I personally consider cismale interaction with a transwoman to be different than MM sex.

I should add that a third category is when a woman or women, in a group situation, asks men to play with each other, for the women to watch or join into. In real life, I've had a few such experiences, opened by a female comment that "you like watching me with women; how about turning that around?" This is very well done in 'Surviving the Divorce' by 'Shakes Peer2B', where the male protagonist phrases it as "You know," I replied, "it's weird. I picture myself, one-on-one with a guy, and it does nothing for me. But add a sexy woman, at whose request I'm doing it, and I get turned on big time! I don't really know why it's that different, but it is.

So this story is not for people that are homophobic about MM interaction, but it also isn't for people that want detailed MM interaction. The cismale in this story interacts with the transwoman primarily as a woman with slightly different anatomy.

The story is interestingly paced. It starts with detailed description of the protagonist, Natalie, beautifying herself for the evening. A nit here: the author uses what effectively are subtitles, which I find, editorially, is a good thing. They don't use any special font or other set-off from the text, although there is bold for the major sections, "Getting Ready" and "The Pickup". Typographical flair would make it more readable for me.

Given the very detailed description of how Natalie, the transwoman, prepares herself, the description of how she looked when finished could have been more detailed. Not sure how well "cute" and "fuckable" go together

Later, Natalie does alert the ciswoman, Deirdre, about her physical detail, but lets Anthony, Deirdre's boyfriend, discover Natalie's cock. Deirdre found it an exciting idea, and perhaps she knew Anthony well enough to know he'd be cool with it. Still, I was involved enough with the characters to worry.
